How does the Subscription work?

Welcome to our Little Bits Box®, the perfect way to add cuteness and creativity to your life with a monthly No-Commitment Subscription! Here's how it works: If you sign up anytime from the 1st to the 20th of the month, your box will ship on the last week of the following month. For instance, if you subscribe from August 1st to 20th, you'll receive the "September Box" on the last week of September. Your subscription will renew monthly, with billing on the 7th of each month starting from your initial sign-up date. Enjoy the cutest stationery items conveniently delivered to your doorstep!  here

What's included in the kits?

Welcome to our Little Bits Box® A monthly kit full of the best kawaii stationery products curated and designed by Lhey Ralston of Mommy Lhey Designs. Our boxes includes 10 Exclusive Stationery Items. 

Monthly, It will include these 7 staple items:

  • Washi Tape
  • Sticky Notes
  • Ephemera Pack
  • Patterned Paper Set
  • Charm/Keychain
  • Sticker Set t(10 pcs)
  • Notebook/Journal

Digital Files of the kits are also Included monthly. The link and information to access the files will be provided in your box. 

Can I Skip a box?

Yes, you are allowed to skip three (3) times per calendar year. After that, you will have to resubscribe. Unfortunately, if the subscription for the month you wish to repurchase sells out, you are NOT guaranteed that month's kit. In order to skip, please log in to your account and access your subscription dashboard attached to your account and select the 'skip' option before the 7th of the month.

Can I change my Shipping Address?

Answer hereIf you are a subscriber, you are able to update your shipping address by accessing your subscription dashboard under your customer account. Please note, you may ONLY change your address before the 7th of the month. If your account have already been billed, please contact support at hello@littlebitsbox.com If you are moving abroad or vice versa, please contact support immediately so we can adjust your account to reflect your new location. Thank you!

Do we get to see the theme of the next kit?

Will we see the next month's theme bore we get charged for the month?  

Yes, We will begin sharing Sneak Peeks of every month's kit via Newsletter that will go out on the 1st of each month. So please make sure you remain subscribed because this is our direct line of communication with you. We will also share sneaks through our Social Media Accounts, please so make sure to stay connected.

  • October - Your Kit Will Ship End of November
  • November - Your Kit Will Ship End of December
  • December - Your Kit Will Ship End of January
  • January - Your Kit Will Ship End of February
  • February - Your Kit Will Ship End of March
  • March - Your Kit Will Ship End of April
  • April - Your Kit Will Ship End of May
  • May - Your Kit Will Ship End of June
  • June - Your Kit Will Ship End of July
  • July - Your Kit Will Ship End of August

How do I track my order?

You will receive a Shipping confirmation through email. If you are having some difficulties finding your tracking number, please double check your spam/junk folder. If you still need some assistance, please reach out to us through email hello@iammommylhey.com

Shipping Delays

Our Little Bits Box® begin shipping around the 15th of the month. We will send out an email through the newsletter if there are any changes that may arise due to holidays, vacations, global or manufacturer shipping delays, or other events. Please do keep in mind that we do print the shipping labels in batch ahead of time to make the packing & shipping process faster. Please allow 24-48 hours  after you receive your email confirmation. We will always try our best to get the kits out in a timely manner. 

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged during transit, please reach out to your local post office or contact USPS customer service directly . We want your Little Bits Box® to arrive in the same condition as when they were packaged with love, but accidents do happen, and once a package has been accepted by the USPS, unfortunately we are no longer in control of it. We appreciate your understanding in this matter! If we can help with anything, please do not hesitate to reach out to us through email hello@littlebitsbox.com


Damaged Item

If there is an issue with your Little Bits Box® or a defect/damaged item that was not caused by shipping transit, please reach out to us directly through email hello@littlebitsbox.com and we will try our best to assist and accommodate you. Thank you!

Returns

How do I return an item?

How long does it take to process my return?

If you returned an item, you will receive your refund within 24-48hrs from our end. Your bank may have a different rules and policy.

Can I exchange for a different item?
